Terms of Service

1. The service

ListFlow generates real estate marketing content (listing descriptions, follow-up emails, open house invitations, and social captions) from property details you provide, using AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Plans & billing

• Free: 3 generations, no credit card required.
• Base ($29/month): 50 generations per month.
• Pro ($49/month): unlimited generations, subject to fair use.

Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly generation counters reset on the 1st of each month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content & responsibility

You own the content you generate with ListFlow and may use it commercially without attribution. However, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. AI-generated text can contain errors or inaccuracies. In particular:

• You must verify that listing details (price, measurements, features) are accurate before publication.
• You are responsible for compliance with the advertising rules that apply to you — including Fair Housing laws (US), CREA rules (Canada), CAP Code (UK), and equivalent regulations in your market.
• You must have the right to market the properties you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself (reselling your generated content is fine).
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer it.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify features with reasonable notice. If we ever discontinue the service, paying customers get a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of publishing unreviewed generated content.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
